⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We purchased lock cylinders from this junkyard, and the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. They had exactly what we needed, the prices were fair, and everything went smoothly. Thank you for the great customer service and for making the whole process easy. We truly appreciate it and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Called yesterday to get my car towed, Guy on phone agreed to 7-9am. Today comes and we called asking for an ET. Said had 1 more stop, been awhile and we call again and just hung up on us. ya’ll don’t wanna do your job then close down. Simple as that. customer service stinks.

Wonderful junkyard. went in needed 2 fenders for my 93’ C3500 and they had just gotten a truck in like mine. came in a little late and pulled both fenders and he even let me stay a little past closing to finish pulling them off. new fenders online are 600$ a piece. Arthur gave me a steal both for 100$.Both fenders were in great condition no cracks only fading paint. Best prices i’ve ever seen in a junkyard.

Went in looking for two simple AC control knobs. The guy behind the counter wanted $30 for two tiny plastic knobs. I mentioned I could buy the same ones online for about $10, and instead of negotiating or even trying to help, he told me to just throw them in the trash can next to me. So I did. Dropped them straight in the trash and walked out. Not really sure what kind of sales strategy that was supposed to be. If the goal was to lose a customer and make sure they never come back, mission accomplished. Miserable service and a strange attitude toward customers. I’d recommend going literally anywhere else if you need parts.

Under new management! old school junk yard where they let you pull parts off yourself. not a Walmart where walk in and they hand your item. if you know your part and have your own tools save big bucks and walk the yard, maybe you get lucky maybe not but that's how old school yards are. there are other places on Oahu but for sure they charge more. this place is great for do it yourself kine folks. I recently found three old school rims to match the three I have. not made anymore. I have seen quite a few newer cars too. Unlike the previous management now there is great turnover, you may want to stop by often if it is in your way. right in the middle of pearl city easy access
